Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial social impact real estate business to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO on business and personal related life admin tasks.
Please note this role will support the CEO on the business side and personal day to day life admin.
London | Hybrid (4 days office based) | Highly competitive salary + benefits
This is a high-impact role supporting a highly driven, non-corporate CEO operating across multiple ventures, ideas, and projects within a mission-led business focused on affordable and supported housing across the UK. This is not a traditional corporate EA role. You will act as a true extension of the CEO, protecting their time, focus, and energy while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly across both business and personal support.
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating business and personal travel
- Acting as a key point of contact between the CEO, leadership team, and external stakeholders
- Supporting with personal administration and lifestyle coordination
- Improving processes and ensuring operational efficiency around the CEO
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting a Founder or CEO within a fast-paced business
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle - nice to have.
Highly competitive salary - DOE
Hybrid working (4 days office based)
25 holiday days per year
