Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial social impact real estate business to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO on business and personal related life admin tasks.

This is a high-impact role supporting a highly driven, non-corporate CEO operating across multiple ventures, ideas, and projects within a mission-led business focused on affordable and supported housing across the UK. This is not a traditional corporate EA role. We’re looking for someone highly proactive, emotionally intelligent, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

The Role:

You will act as a true extension of the CEO, protecting their time, focus, and energy while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly across both business and personal support.

Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating business and personal travel
  • Managing scheduling, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Acting as a key point of contact between the CEO, leadership team, and external stakeholders
  • Anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
  • Supporting with personal administration and lifestyle coordination
  • Creating structure, calm, and clarity within a fast-moving environment
  • Improving processes and ensuring operational efficiency around the CEO

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting a Founder or CEO within a fast-paced business
  • Experience within entrepreneurial or founder-led environments is essential
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Emotionally mature, resilient, and highly discreet
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Naturally proactive with a “figure it out” mentality
  • Comfortable operating independently without constant direction
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle - nice to have.
