Robert Half is looking for a Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in annuities and reinsurance to support a key transformation programme within the life and pensions space.

This role requires someone who combines strong business analysis capability with genuine product and market understanding, particularly across individual and/or bulk annuities and reinsurance structures.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong background in annuities (individual and/or bulk) and reinsurance
  • Clear understanding of what an insurer requires from a reinsurer in the annuity space
  • Solid Business Analysis / Change experience, including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Process mapping
  • Stakeholder engagement across senior stakeholders
  • Ability to bridge business and technology, supporting operating model and product change initiatives
  • Comfortable acting as a subject matter expert (SME) within a BA function
  • What success looks like:

    • Quickly understands and reviews complex processes and product structures within the annuity/reinsurance space
    • Brings practical product and operational insight, not just generic BA experience
    • Acts as an embedded SME within the BA team, supporting delivery and decision-making
