Job Overview :
Provide day-to-day IT support to users across office and project environments.
Assist with IT administration and help automate recurring tasks and processes.
Support IT projects, including setting up connectivity and technology at remote sites.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and process improvements.
Create and maintain clear IT documentation, user guides and training materials.
Manage equipment inventories, software licences and purchasing records.
Work with suppliers and support procurement and invoice administration activities.
Use Excel and data analysis skills to support reporting and administrative tasks.
Communicate effectively with userbase, solving technical issues and providing guidance
Desirable experience includes Scripting, automation, AI tools, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and business application administration
