Robert Half are looking for a hands-on IT & Business Systems Manager to take sole ownership of the company's technology landscape within a fast-growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the business systems ecosystem, driving optimisation, integration and continuous improvement.
- Act as the sole internal IT and business systems lead, managing third-party IT providers, software vendors and consultants.
- Ensure business systems support operational efficiency, reporting and business growth.
- Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and process improvements.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).
- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms, including resource planning, timesheets and financial integration.
- Proven experience in business systems optimisation, transformation and systems integration.
- Comfortable being hands-on across both strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Experience managing external IT partners and software vendors.
