Job Description HR Advisor (12-15 Month FTC) Robert Half HR are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a highly respected heritage brand that combines cutting-edge innovation, scientific expertise and world-class manufacturing. This is a unique opportunity to support an ambitious growth strategy and an ongoing transformation of the People function. The business is looking for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys operating across the full employee lifecycle whilst helping to modernise processes, improve policies, support managers and deliver an exceptional employee experience. Hybrid, minimum 3 days on-site per week with flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm Contract: 12-15 Month Fixed Term Contract with the chance to become permanent Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers and provide proactive HR support across the organisation. Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Supporting recruitment, selection and onboarding activities Maintaining employee records and HR systems Supporting absence management and employee relations matters Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures Helping drive continuous improvement across the People function Supporting the organisation's journey towards a more modern, colleague-focused HR environment The successful HR Advisor will be a confident and pragmatic HR professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels of a business.
