Description Robert Half are recruiting a Senior Financial Accountant on a permanent basis in Swindon.
This role would suit an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with experience of working in Audit or in a multisite/multi revenue or high growth/PE business as a Financial Accountant.
The role The Senior Financial Accountant role is newly created as a result of planned growth and will be pivotal in supporting with maintaining group accounting controls as the business grows.
You will be joining a high growth, highly acquisitive business and will be pivotal in supporting with acquisitions and mergers.
The role will involve but not be limited to: Preparing group accounts, statutory accounts and consolidating group accounts.
Liaising with auditors and managing the audit process.
Developing and maintaining internal reporting standards and controls.
Supporting with mergers and acquisitions.
Profile We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes: ACCA/ACA newly qualified as a minimum.
Audit background preferred.
Experience of preparing statutory accounts and liaising with auditors.
Experience of auditing or working in large businesses, and consolidating accounts.
Intermediate to advanced excel skills with an eye for process improvement.
High performance mindset.
Package 55,000-65,000 base salary.25 days leave + bank holidays.
Pension contribution.
Hybrid working after passing probation (2 days from home).
