Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and post GL journal entries for month‑end close
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Review inter‑company transactions and liaise with international colleagues
- Manage the accounts receivable process and handle related queries
- Manage the accounts payable process
- Ensure accurate invoicing
- Prepare monthly consolidated invoices and paybacks
- Process corrections when required
- Support external audits by providing documentation and assistance
- Document policies, procedures, and workflows
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in projects and system testing
- Prepare various financial reports as required
- Perform additional finance tasks as assigned
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years' finance experience within a service‑based environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet fixed deadlines and work well under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a high‑volume environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in process improvement and sharing best practice
- Basic knowledge of credit management services
- Preferably experience with Oracle Financials
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
