We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join a friendly and supportive business based just outside Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours, with the possibility of the role becoming longer term and offering increased hours in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices using Xero
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with day-to-day finance administration
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the wider finance function as required
About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance support role
- Experience using Xero is desirable
- Confident carrying out bank reconciliations and invoice processing
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively
