This company is headquartered out of Skegness, with a Bridgwater office. This is a remote role, but will require travel to clients nationally.

With decades of experience, the company offers electrical design, consultancy, installation, inspection, and testing services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by building on the excellent relationships and reputation of the business in the sector as well as cultivating new relationships which will underpin the business\’s growth both in the holiday park sector and other, new markets, as the business increases its focus on diversification opportunities in the UK. This role requires a proactive individual with proven experience in B2B sales and business development who can identify, nurture, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, reporting progress and forecasts to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Proven experience in a B2B business development or sales role
- Demonstrates a strategic growth mindset
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Demonstrated success in growing a customer base through strategic and targeted sales activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel for client meetings as required.
- Full UK driving licence required.
