The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will join a supportive and high-performing team where you will learn how to identify and engage with potential clients, map the local market, and act as a brand ambassador. This is a varied and interactive role with plenty of scope to build your skills in communication, relationship management, and commercial awareness. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Carry out outbound and inbound calls to clients and prospects
  • Support the team in identifying new business opportunities through market mapping
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Manage your workload effectively, prioritising tasks and supporting ad hoc projects and campaigns

About You

This role is entry level and would suit a recent graduate, school leaver, or someone looking to start their career in a professional environment. Above all, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn. You will be:

  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with a wide range of clients
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage and prioritise your workload effectively
  • IT literate and confident with common software packages
  • Positive, driven, and open to feedback
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or target-driven roles would be an advantage but is not essential - full training and support will be provided.
