Robert Half are working with a leading professional services and consulting organisation, seeking a Business Change Transformation Manager to join its growing transformation practice. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of business change and transformation engagements from initiation through to implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives, operating challenges, risks, and transformation opportunities.
- Manage project teams and client resources to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Analyse and document current-state operating models, business processes, and organisational structures.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, business risks, governance gaps, and opportunities for optimisation and transformation.
- Lead the design of future-state operating models across people, process, technology, data, and governance.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and business change strategies.
- Oversee project governance, programme management, reporting, and delivery controls.
- Produce and review high-quality client deliverables, including business cases, transformation strategies, reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements.
- Support organisational change initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven consulting experience delivering business change, transformation, operational improvement, or programme delivery initiatives across multiple sectors.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end transformation projects and programmes, with responsibility for delivery, stakeholder management, and client outcomes.
- Experience designing and delivering operating model transformation, process improvement, organisational redesign, digital transformation, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and operate as a trusted advisor.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing teams, overseeing delivery, and mentoring junior consultants.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Desirable
- Professional certification in Project Management, Change Management, Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar methodologies.
- Experience supporting business development activities, proposal creation, and practice growth initiatives.
