Reporting directly into senior finance leadership, this newly created position will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, leading a transactional finance team, and helping to strengthen financial controls as the business continues to expand.
The RoleAs Finance Manager, you will take ownership of core finance operations while acting as a trusted deputy within the finance function.
Responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a finance team across accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and finance administration. Managing cash flow, bank reconciliations and short-term cash forecasting. Overseeing monthly payroll processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Driving improvements across financial processes, controls and procedures. Supporting month-end activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider business. Contributing to business improvement initiatives within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
About YouWe're looking for an experienced finance professional who enjoys balancing leadership with a hands-on approach.
You will ideally have: Previous experience managing a finance or transactional finance function.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and financial controls.
Experience leading and developing teams. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical experience (QBE).The confidence to operate in a growing and changing business environment. What's on Offer?
Salary up to 60,000, dependent on experience.
