Robert Half Finance & Accounting are supporting a business in South Bristol who are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Clerk on a part time basis to join their close knit, friendly team. This role will start initially on a temporary basis, with the view to becoming permanent.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months temp, to become permanent
Location: South Bristol & office based
Salary: £35,000 FTE
Working hours: 16 - 24 hours across the week. Flexible on working hours and days between Mon - Thurs
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the sales ledger
- Contacting customers for payments due
- Inputting sales invoices - mainly at month end
- Looking after remittance advices
- Assisting with purchase ledger as and when required - to assist the wider team
Experience/skills needed:
- Previous Credit Control experience
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent communication - Ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Computer literate including Excel
- Previous experience of working in an SME environment - Desirable
