Robert Half are support a client to recruit for an IT Support Engineer.
As part of the IT Services Team, you will provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues across Microsoft 365 and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve IT issues efficiently
- Support laptops, monitors, docks and meeting room equipment
- Provide support for corporate i Phones and personal devices
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts for new starters and leavers
- Keep IT asset records up to date
- Provide basic IT inductions for new users
- Manage Teams, Exchange Online groups and distribution lists
- Assist with IT equipment rollouts and office projects
- Support users with Microsoft 365 and internal applications
- Help maintain the helpdesk, automated processes and phishing awareness systems
- Embrace new technologies, including automation and AI
About You
You will be organised, detail-focused and customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You should be comfortable supporting users and keen to learn new technologies.
Experience Required
- At least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Active Directory administration
- Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 support
- Laptop hardware support
- Ticket-based helpdesk systems
- Video conferencing equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
