Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Cash and Banking Administrator to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering:

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- To upload the daily bank statements
- Monitor the Cash & Banking payments inbox
- Update the payment register and record all payments processed
- Monitor bank balances and prepare replenishment payments as and when required
- Deal with all bank/ payment queries
- Ensure all postings are completed in a timely manner
- Prepare & post journals as required
- Create any new direct debit instructions and maintain
- Continuously offer ideas and solutions on how to improve daily processes, tasks and procedures for increased efficiency or better service for all stakeholders
Person specification:
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Cash & Banking processes and how they interact
- Intermediate level Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
- Experience of working in an environment of continuous change
- Strong attention to detail
