Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a permanent Group Finance Business Partner for a growing FMCG near Bridgend.
Job Purpose: The Group Finance Business Partner will act as a key business partner to operations, sales, and commercial teams, providing insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting to support profitable growth and operational efficiency.
Duties:
- Act as a trusted finance partner to key stakeholders in the business across Sales, Commercial, and Operations functions.
- Producing sales and analysis reports, from scratch, using Excel.
- Meet with Sales, Commercial and Operation functions to discuss the business meaning of financial information.
- Analysis of a wide range of internal data from various key systems to produce timely and accurate financial insights for decision-making and for identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support sales finance and business teams with ad-hoc analysis or reports.
- Assisting with month-end and audit when required.
- Supporting costing and forecasting.
- Producing reports on various business scenarios.
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Analysis of project and product profitability.
- Assist with budgets.
Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA or ACA part or qualified preferred.
On offer: Salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits and hybrid working - two days on site, three days home working.
