Robert Half is partnering with a large, complex housing organisation in the West Midlands to appoint a Finance Business Partner. This is a highly visible Finance Business Partner role, providing regular exposure to senior executives and an excellent platform for career progression. You will act as a trusted advisor to Executive Directors, delivering clear financial insight to influence strategic decision-making and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce management accounts, board-level reports and forecasts.
- Partner closely with senior executives and budget holders, providing insight, challenge and commercial support.
- Present and explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in the quality of financial reporting, information and processes.
- Maintain robust financial controls and compliance.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis using Excel and related tools.
About You:
- Finalist, newly qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
- Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Confident communicator with the ambition to develop into a senior finance leader.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, pivot tables).
- Proactive, commercially minded and development-focused.
This role will pay £40,000 - £47,000 per annum DOE, the client operates hybrid working with 3 days on site.
