We are partnering with a dynamic private equity-backed business undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. The organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis, provide strategic insight, and ensure robust reporting during this critical phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the FP&A function, driving financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Deliver month-end reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for senior leadership and investors.
- Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making and value creation initiatives.
- Partner with operational teams and the CFO to enhance financial models and reporting frameworks.
- Support PE stakeholders with clear, data-driven performance updates and scenario planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and reporting efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as Head of FP&A or senior FP&A leadership role in a PE-backed environment.
