Description Group Insurance & Claims Manager65,000 - 75,000 + Benefits | Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | UK Travel Robert Half is exclusively recruiting for a newly created Group Insurance & Claims Manager position on behalf of a large, private equity-backed infrastructure business.
This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey, taking ownership of the Group's insurance programme across the UK and selected European operations.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll lead insurance renewals, oversee complex claims, drive risk mitigation initiatives and partner with brokers, insurers and key stakeholders to protect the business and minimise risk.
Offering significant autonomy and visibility across the organisation, this role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional looking to shape the insurance function within a complex, asset-intensive environment.
