The role offers a varied workload across transactional finance, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounts support, making it ideal for someone looking to build on existing experience in a structured and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing internal transfer documentation
  • Supporting monthly billing cycles and submissions
  • Processing payments, including bank transfers
  • Managing purchase invoices and ensuring timely processing
  • Handling customer payments, including card transactions
  • Monitoring account balances and supporting account closures
  • Assisting with document and file archiving
  • Supporting credit control activities
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes
  • Managing own workload effectively with minimal supervision

I'm keen to speak with candidates who:

  • Have at least 12 months' experience within an accounts or finance role
  • Possess a good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Have experience with purchase and sales ledger duties
  • Are confident with reconciliations
