In this Finance Manager role, you will lead the UK entity’s financial operations and governance, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. You’ll partner with BCGB leadership as a trusted financial advisor, translating data into actionable insights to support growth. You’ll drive timely reporting, forecasting and risk management, while guiding treasury activities and revenue control. Responsibilities
- Spearhead financial leadership, governance and compliance for the UK entity
- Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team with a culture of accountability
- Act as trusted business partner to senior leadership and translate financial data into strategic insights
- Oversee reporting, forecasts and variance analysis to support data-driven decisions
- Ensure UK tax compliance, statutory reporting and internal audit readiness
- Manage project revenue recognition, margin tracking and proactive debt collection with project/sales teams
- Oversee treasury activities, cash flow forecasting and currency hedging in coordination with Group Finance
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in finance administration in small to mid-sized organisations
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and IFRS
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication with a customer-centric approach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
