Accounts Assistant
6-Month Temporary Contract | Bicester (Hybrid) | Up to £35,000
Robert Half Ltd are working with a business in Bicester that are looking for a an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. This is a broad role ranging across transactional accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cashbook, sales and purchase ledger activities.
- Complete bank and month-end reconciliations.
- Support credit control and customer statements.
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, expenses and payment runs.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Handle confidential financial information appropriately.
- Support the wider finance team with day-to-day tasks.
What They're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with reconciliations, credit control and payment processing.
- Confident using accounting systems and commercial software.
- Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is desirable.
- Experience implementing a new accounting system would be advantageous.
