Robert Half has partnered up with a global consultancy operating at the intersection of finance, technology, and advisory services, working with major international institutions. This firm has been operating for over two decades, has multiple international hubs, and delivers complex, high-value projects across several specialist domains.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • wants a real career path, not just a job
  • is curious and wants exposure to multiple lines of business
  • is commercially minded but may still be figuring out where they want to specialise
  • thrives in high-performance, high-expectation environments

What You’ll Be Doing

Your journey will be structured, supported, and progressive:

  • Phase 1: Research, recruitment, and market intelligence, building deep knowledge of people, markets, and specialisms
  • Phase 2: Specialisation into a specific business area with targeted training and mentorship
  • Phase 3: Transition into client-facing commercial responsibilities, owning relationships and contributing to revenue
  • Long-term: Opportunity to manage major global accounts, generate P&L, and progress into senior leadership or partnership

This is a long-term career track, not a short-term sales role.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for experience, we’re looking for potential. You should bring:

  • A strong academic background (Master’s degree required; top-tier undergraduate results preferred)
  • Clear evidence of drive, resilience, and determination
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity and learning agility
  • Strong communication skills and personal presence
  • A genuine interest in business, markets, and people
  • A team-first mindset, collaborative, humble, and dependable

If you’ve succeeded in competitive environments (academically, professionally, or outside of work - e.g. sport, leadership, entrepreneurship), that matters more than a CV full of internships.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • No prior industry experience required
  • Exposure to multiple business lines and global clients
  • Clear, transparent progression milestones
  • High-performing, close-knit team culture
  • Meaningful earning and leadership potential over time

For the right individual, this is the kind of role that can define the next 10-15 years of your career.
