Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive management accounts. Perform cash book and bank reconciliations, including manual payments through banking software. Manage accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis comparing actual results with forecasts. Compile and submit head office reports on inventory, receivables, sales, and margins. Create a PDF management information pack, detailing schedules for sales, margins, inventory, and working capital. Reconcile balance sheets for trading entities and prepare them for submission to head office. Maintain monthly planning and working files. Oversee vehicle fleet operations, including fuel card management, invoice processing, insurance claims, and vehicle orders. Develop annual vehicle, profit and loss, and balance sheet plans for sales companies. Complete annual statutory accounts for group consolidation. Handle payroll processing and variance analysis.
