The Role Reporting into the Finance Director and working on a hybrid basis, duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant will include: FP&A reporting including maintaining accurate P&L Month end close duties including the posting of accruals and prepayment journals, General Ledger reconciliations and analysis Managing the complete Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process Processing VAT returns and submission to HMRC The Candidate To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following: Part qualified in ACCA / CIMA Minimum one/two years’ experience in a similar role Experience with month end journal posting Some experience in payroll & cash flow experience preferable Salary & Benefits In return, the successful Assistant Management Accountant will receive the following: £30,000 – £35,000 base salary 28 days holidays Hybrid working patterns from the Leeds City Centre office Career advancement opportunities Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
