A well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing financial insight and analysis that supports business performance across multiple international operations.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and commercial analysis, helping to drive informed decision-making and support the continued growth of the business.

The Role
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units.
  • Produce monthly financial analysis and investigate performance variances.
  • Develop financial models to support planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insight.
  • Assist with manufacturing cost, margin and profitability analysis.
About You
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Management Accountant or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models.
  • Part-qualified, newly qualified or qualified by experience candidates will be considered.
