Robert Half Technology are assisting UK's market leading real estate organisation to recruit an AI Consultant to join a fast-paced organisation delivering a broad portfolio of AI initiatives across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can design, build and deploy AI solutions end-to-end, while also engaging confidently with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical outcomes. The successful candidate will thrive in an evolving environment, enjoy working across multiple work streams, and be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and collaboration.
Role
- The AI Consultant will design, develop and deliver AI solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Lead AI initiatives from discovery and proof of concept through to production deployment.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define use cases and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Build and implement AI agents within Azure to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Deliver document intelligence solutions using Azure AI services, including document management and information extraction capabilities.
- Develop and optimise internal call agent solutions to ensure interactions are aligned with intended objectives and outcomes.
