Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a part-time Accounts Assistant to join an exciting Professional Services company with a fantastic reputation in their market based in central Bristol. This role will be part-time with circa 20-25 hours per week that can be spread across 3-4 days. Salary on the position is £32,000-£36,000 (FTE) plus a wider benefits package.
Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Enter supplier invoices into Sage
- Match invoices to POs
- Maintain purchase ledger
- Prepare payment runs for approval
- Post sales invoices
- Allocate customer receipts
- Assist with basic debtor follow-up
- Post bank transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Post credit card transactions
- Support month-end with routine tasks
