Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a high growth, private equity backed business based on the outskirts of York. As Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with operational teams to improve financial understanding and control.
For the right candidate, this role offers a clear and supported pathway to step up into a Finance Manager role in the future.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Business partnering with operational teams to support performance
- Balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
- Supporting year-end processes and audit preparation
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
