The role
- As Cyber Security Specialist, you will join a small team and be responsible for a variety of day to day activities including:
- vulnerability management
- patch management
- email security and mobile device management
- assessing cyber threats, using SIEM & SOAR tools
- penetration testing
- continuous improvement, ensuring documentation is maintained in line with best-practice / standards
- support on project work
About you
- Applicants for the Cyber Security Specialist role will have:
- a relevant cyber security degree or qualification
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work as part of a team
- self-starter and self-motivated, with ability to work in a small team / small business environment
- broad knowledge of cyber security including understanding of cyber threats, network security, endpoint security, vulnerability patching/mgt
- knowledge of endpoint management tools like MS Intune
