The role:

  • Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
  • Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department
  • Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions
