We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Migration Analyst for a 4 month initial contract to support a critical ERP migration project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ERP-related activities, extracting and validating data, and supporting the transition from a legacy ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with ERP data migration, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation. The successful candidate will quickly learn and utilise the Gold Extractor tool to manage and prepare data for migration while ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day management and administration of the existing ERP system.
- Learn and utilise the Gold Extractor tool to extract, analyse, and validate business-critical data.
- Manage data extraction processes from the legacy ERP system and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, cleanse, transform, and map data for migration into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and business processes.
- Support migration planning, data validation, testing, and reconciliation activities.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and migration risks.
- Work closely with internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure a successful ERP transition.
- Proven experience managing, supporting, or administering ERP systems.
- Strong experience in ERP data extraction, migration, and system implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience migrating data from legacy ERP systems to modern ERP platforms.
- Experience with data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting ERP system upgrades, implementations, or migrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
