What You Will Be Doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact, answering calls, welcoming clients, and managing enquiries
  • Recording referral information with care, accuracy, and sensitivity
  • Coordinating appointments and supporting counselling schedules
  • Communicating with clients, counsellors, and volunteers via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
  • Maintaining accurate digital and paper records in line with GDPR
  • Producing professional documents, letters, and reports
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office through general administrative tasks
  • Ordering supplies and completing routine health and safety checks
  • Taking part in training and development to build your skills and confidence
  • Getting involved in a variety of tasks that support a busy, people-centred service
