Senior Revenue Analyst

Company This well-established food and beverage business, based in Heathrow, London, is looking to appoint a Revenue Analyst to support its continued growth. Responsibilities: Take ownership of customer billing, invoicing and revenue reconciliation, ensuring all charges accurately reflect operational activity and services delivered. Analyse and validate detailed data, investigating discrepancies between internal billing systems, portals and customer records. Investigate variances between billed amounts and customers' records, identifying missing charges, incorrect quantities, pricing discrepancies and potential revenue leakage. Interpret customer-provided data and reports to understand discrepancies, challenge inconsistencies and ensure invoices accurately reflect the services delivered. Identify trends, recurring billing errors and unusual data patterns, using analytical insights to resolve issues and improve revenue accuracy. Maintain robust reconciliation schedules, supporting documentation and audit trails, ensuring every billed item can be traced back to the relevant operational data. Profile You will have: At least 4 years' experience in billing, revenue control within a large, complex organisation. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret complex datasets and identify patterns, inconsistencies and root causes. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing high volumes of data at a granular level. Experience reconciling information across multiple systems, customer portals and operational reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to challenge discrepancies and discuss findings with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills. The ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear findings and practical solutions.
