This is a varied and high-impact role, blending management accounts ownership with genuine business partnering, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and influence decision-making.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties:
- Monthly management accounts & reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
- Stakeholder partnering across operations and leadership
- Delivering insight to support commercial decisions
- Supporting integration of acquisitions
About you:
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Strong grounding in management accounts and financial reporting
- Proven experience in a similar Finance business partner / management accountant role
- Experience within manufacturing or a product-led environment is advantageous
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
