The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller / Collections Agent for a highly successful business with offices in Northampton.
The Role
As Senior Credit Controller / Collections Agent you will play a critical role to maintain the financial health of the business through early-stage management of defaulting accounts across the portfolio of the business. Day to day duties will consist of:
- Inbound and outbound contact to understand root cause of default/debt
- Payment Queries and negotiating payment plans
- Payment Negotiations
- Recording of collection activities and logging internally on business CRM
- Generation of collection letters and other communication
- Escalation processes for high risk accounts to senior staff.
Your Profile
Ideally you will have strong credit control experience from a fast paced business with the ability to negotiate payment solutions while maintaining a professional relationship and with strong attention to detail.
