Robert Half Finance & Accounting are supporting a business in North-East Bristol who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join for a short term temporary assignment. There is free parking on site.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 weeks, with possibility of extension

Location: North-East Bristol

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the accounts payable ledger
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Managing expenses
  • Resolving queries and looking after shared inbox
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ad hoc finance admin tasks to assist the wider team

Required experience/background:

  • Previous experience of maintaining an accounts payable ledger/processing purchase invoices
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication
  • Team player
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience with Xero - Desirable
