Our client is looking for a Temporary Client Engagement Administrator to join their Merthyr Tydfil based team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the efficient day to day running of the office. This post has a strong emphasis on client support and engagement.
Role duties include but are not limited to:
- Act as first point of contact with reception duties, including answering telephone enquiries, welcoming visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail etc.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Co-ordinating timetables.
- Maintaining records.
- Word processing of letters, reports and other documents.
- General clerical tasks including photocopying, filing, etc.
- Complete routine health & safety checks.
- Order stationery and other supplies.
