Our client is seeking a creative and organised Marketing & Communications Officer to support internal engagement and external visibility through high-quality, values-led marketing and communications. This role delivers content, campaigns and digital activity across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand representation and strong audience engagement. This role will be fully office based (5x days a week in the office) for the first 6 months and then will be 3x days in the office and 2x days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and coordinate marketing and communications content, including newsletters, social media, digital campaigns, presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Support internal communications and storytelling, highlighting services, culture, people and impact.
  • Manage and schedule content across social media and digital platforms.
  • Maintain website and intranet content using CMS platforms.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and audience engagement tracking.
  • Produce basic design assets and branded materials.
  • Assist with events, exhibitions and external engagement activities.
  • Monitor digital performance and support reporting and insights.
  • Liaise with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency.

Ideal Profile:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, digital media or similar.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a marketing and communications role.
  • Experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. Wix, WordPress).
  • Strong written communication and content-creation skills.
  • Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively.
