Are you an experienced Order to Cash professional with strong NetSuite expertise and a passion for improving business processes? We're partnering with a leading UK organisation embarking on a major NetSuite ERP transformation. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model, acting as the business lead for the Order to Cash (O2C) workstream throughout the implementation.
As the Business Process Owner, you'll be the key decision-maker for your function, ensuring the solution is designed, tested and delivered in line with business requirements while driving user adoption and operational excellence.
The Role
Working closely with the Programme Director, implementation partner and cross-functional stakeholders, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Order to Cash process, from solution design through to go-live and post-implementation support. Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the business owner for the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including sales orders, invoicing, accounts receivable, credit control and cash collection.
- Representing the business during workshops, providing functional expertise and approving key design decisions.
- Defining business requirements and helping shape future-state processes and ways of working.
- Leading process mapping, reviewing documentation and ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
- Owning data migration activities for the O2C function, including validation, reconciliation and data quality.
- Supporting system testing, writing and executing test scripts, managing defects and approving business readiness.
- Identifying training requirements, supporting user adoption and acting as the functional SME throughout the programme.
- Defining reporting requirements and key performance indicators to support operational performance.
- Supporting cutover, go-live and hypercare, ensuring a smooth transition into the new ERP environment.
- Championing change across the business and driving engagement with new processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong operational knowledge with ERP implementation experience and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels. You'll ideally have:
- Proven hands-on experience using NetSuite within an Order to Cash environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the full O2C lifecycle, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash allocation, collections and credit management.
- Previous involvement in ERP implementation or large-scale systems transformation projects.
- The confidence to make business decisions and represent your function throughout the programme.
- Experience supporting process improvement, testing, data migration and user training.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across finance, operations and technology teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Desirable
- End-to-end NetSuite implementation experience.
- Experience supporting data migration and governance activities.
- Previous experience delivering end-user training.
What's on Offer
This is an outstanding opportunity to play a leading role in a business-critical ERP transformation, influencing how a successful organisation operates for years to come. You'll work alongside senior stakeholders and implementation specialists, gaining exposure to a high-profile change programme while making a lasting impact. If you have the NetSuite expertise, business process knowledge and collaborative approach to drive a successful ERP implementation, we'd love to hear from you.
