Knutsford | Hybrid (2-3 days on-site, flexible) | £80,000 - £90,000 + up to 20% bonus

A well-established, internationally operating business is looking to strengthen its finance leadership with an experienced Group Reporting Manager. You'll take charge of a small team and act as a key link between technical accounting and the wider finance function, helping shape how the group reports and controls its numbers as the organisation continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the group's consolidation cycle and producing clear, insight-led reporting for monthly, half-year and annual cycles
  • Taking ownership of statutory accounts, both at group level and for UK subsidiaries
  • Managing, coaching and growing a small team of accountants
  • Working closely with FP&A colleagues on budgets, forecasts and longer-term planning
  • Building out stronger financial controls and reducing reporting risk
  • Acting as the main point of contact for external auditors during the consolidation audit
  • Keeping accounting policies current and consistent with IFRS
  • Spotting opportunities to simplify and modernise how the finance function reports

What You'll Bring

  • ACA (or equivalent) qualification, Big 4 trained
  • A track record of leading and developing finance teams
  • Hands-on experience with statutory and management reporting at group or PLC level
  • Good working knowledge of financial control frameworks
  • A track record of improving reporting processes and documentation
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across the business
