Key responsibilities will include: Producing budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making Delivering detailed performance analysis and actionable financial insight Interpreting complex financial data and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders Supporting commercial decision-making across the business Working with large data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities Partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to improve business performance Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the business Candidate profile: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis Commercially focused with the ability to translate data into insight Comfortable working with large and complex data sets Strong communication skills, with the ability to make financial information accessible and meaningful Proactive, analytical and keen to add value in a growing business environment In return, the business is offering a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits, alongside hybrid working.
