- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resources and delivery timelines.
- Own RAID logs, ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are proactively identified, mitigated and resolved.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of internal teams, NetSuite implementation partners and third-party suppliers.
- Manage individual ERP workstreams and sub-projects, ensuring alignment with the wider transformation programme.
- Support requirements gathering, scope definition, solution design and delivery planning with business and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports, Steering Committee packs and executive-level updates.
- Monitor implementation progress and proactively manage escalations, actions and dependencies.
- Support business readiness, change management, training and user adoption activities ahead of go-live.
- Coordinate internal resource allocation and workload planning across project teams.
- Develop and deliver project communications to ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the transformation.
- Maintain strong project governance, documentation and reporting standards.
About You
