We are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager. This flexible role is remote 9 days out of 10, with only minimal travel to the Leeds office. It’s an opportunity to lead procurement and contract management initiatives, shape best practices, and drive operational effectiveness across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support contract negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best commercial results.
  • Ensure all contracts meet legal, compliance, and business standards.
  • Establish and report on KPIs, measuring supplier and internal performance to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement robust procurement policies and processes that elevate operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring long-term value and risk mitigation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven procurement experience and demonstrable knowledge of the entire contract lifecycle.
  • Experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
  • Understanding of UK legal and compliance requirements that govern commercial contracts and procurement.
  • Able to design, monitor, and report on KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practice, policy creation, and process implementation.
  • CPCM or CIPS certification is desirable, but not essential.
