A successful global manufacturing business based in Leeds is recruiting a Payroll & Workday Administrator to support payroll delivery and Workday administration. This is a hands-on role working closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of data integrity within Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain and update employee records within Workday, including starters, leavers, changes and absences
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and month-end processes
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
  • Support audits, system updates and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous payroll experience essential
  • Hands-on experience using Workday - advantageous yet not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of UK payroll processes
