Robert Half Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, acquisitive manufacturing business in Leeds to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a varied and high-impact role, blending management accounts ownership with genuine business partnering, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and influence decision-making.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties:

  • Monthly management accounts & reporting
  • Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
  • Stakeholder partnering across operations and leadership
  • Delivering insight to support commercial decisions
  • Supporting integration of acquisitions

About you:

  • Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Strong grounding in management accounts and financial reporting
  • Proven experience in a similar Finance business partner / management accountant role
  • Experience within manufacturing or a product-led environment is advantageous
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
