The role:

  • Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department.
  • Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions.

Requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor.
  • Background in property law (residential and/or commercial).
