Robert Half are recruiting an FP&A Specialist for a private equity-backed professional services business, pursuing an ambitious organic and buy-and-build growth strategy ahead of a planned exit in the coming years.

Herefordshire / hybrid - 2 days on site, 3 remoteDuration: up to 6 monthsDay rate: Up to £500pd (Inside & experience dependent)Start: ASAPDuties for the role: Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, working closely with department and divisional headsBuild and maintain robust financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, tracking progress against the growth planSupport delivery of monthly Board packs and investor reporting, including KPI dashboards and trend analysis for PE sponsor requirementsAnalyse pricing, margin and contract profitability across service lines, including recurring revenue contractsSupport working capital/cash flow analysis and capex business casesSupport financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration for bolt-on acquisitions, including harmonising reporting and KPIs across acquired businessesDrive continuous improvement of reporting tools, templates and processes, including ERP/system automationWhat they're looking for: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalentExperience in FP&A, financial analysis or commercial finance, ideally in a fast-growing, multi-site or services-based businessExperience with recurring-revenue services highly advantageousExposure to PE-backed businesses, Board reporting or M&A/due diligence a strong plusExperience consolidating multi-entity/multi-site results beneficialAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills essential; Power BI/ERP-consolidation systems knowledge advantageousWorking knowledge of AI and automation of planning processes highly advantageousFor more information or to apply, please contact Ben Williams or Hannah Curnow @ Robert Half in Bristol on 01179 935 400.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
