We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing Operations to lead and develop the day-to-day marketing function.

The Head of Marketing, based in Milton Keynes, will take ownership of the integrated marketing plan, ensuring campaigns are effectively coordinated across multiple channels to maximise lead generation, improve marketing performance, and deliver measurable commercial results.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and external partners, you'll continually optimise marketing activity, ensuring it aligns with wider business objectives and delivers an excellent return on investment.

This is a full-time, permanent role that is fully office based in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities: Develop and manage the annual marketing strategy, budget and campaign plan to generate high-quality sales leads.

Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Manage the email marketing programme, including customer communications and sales support templates.

Lead direct marketing initiatives and sector-specific campaigns.

Manage paid digital advertising, including PPC and agency relationships.

Oversee website performance, ensuring it remains an effective lead generation and campaign landing platform.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reporting and actionable insights.

Implement continuous testing and optimisation to improve campaign effectiveness.

Work collaboratively with brand, sales and technology teams to deliver consistent customer experiences.

Support the ongoing development of CRM and marketing systems.

Lead, coach and develop the marketing team to achieve outstanding results.
